OnlyFans Creators Using AI-Sex Twin Tools That May Soon Target Children

OnlyFans creators and porn stars are now licensing AI sex twins so fans can chat, request explicit images and videos, and even join simulated live cams with digital replicas of them. Lily Phillips launched her $9.99 Lily AI on the OhChat platform this week, as reported by IBTimes UK.

It mimics her appearance, voice and personality. She calls it an extension of herself for when she cannot be available. This is not a one off stunt. Platforms such as OhChat, JustSext and others are scaling the model with licensed adult performers. The technology is already normalising the idea that anyone’s likeness can be turned into interactive sexual content. That same capability is becoming free, open source and usable by anyone on any face, including children’s.

The Business Model and What It Actually Offers

Lily Phillips’ AI sex twin costs $9.99 and delivers personalised sexual chats, explicit photos, videos, voice messages and live-style cam calls. It includes a feature marketed as “Pornstar Mode”. Phillips has stressed that consent and transparency matter to her and that users must understand the AI cannot form a real relationship or make commitments. OhChat and similar services sign contracts with creators, take a cut, and claim the twins are licensed. Other performers have already joined comparable platforms to keep monetising without physical presence, as WIRED has documented with multiple adult stars. The pitch is convenience and scale. The reality is a product that trains users to treat synthetic intimacy as normal and available on demand.

Experts have already flagged the downsides. University of Oxford professor Sandra Wachter has questioned whether it is socially beneficial to incentivise and monetise human computer interaction that masquerades as emotional discourse.

Intellectual property lawyer Éamon Chawke has warned that vulnerable users may become overly attached or addicted to celebrity avatars, with reputational damage if the AI is misused or hacked.

Cyber safety expert Susan McLean has called the promotion of such twins on mainstream platforms a normalisation of deepfakes that teaches young people the harm is harmless fun.

Creators themselves have reported non-consensual deepfake scams that impersonate them, steal money from fans, and in some cases create real world safety risks when deceived people turn up in person.

Negative Effects That Are Already Visible

These AI sex twins erode the distinction between consensual adult content and synthetic exploitation. They encourage emotional dependency on something that cannot reciprocate. They create an arms race in which real performers may be undercut by their own clones or by unlicensed copies. They also flood the environment with hyper realistic sexual material that blurs consent.

When the same generative tools drop in price and capability, the barrier to creating non-consensual content of anyone collapses. That is the path from paid, licensed adult twins to free tools that can fabricate interactive sexual content of neighbours, classmates or children from a handful of ordinary photos.

The Internet Watch Foundation has documented exactly how fast this has already happened with children. In 2025 the IWF assessed 8,029 realistic AI-generated images and videos of child sexual abuse, a 14% rise on the previous year.

AI-generated videos alone jumped from 13 in 2024 to 3,443 in 2025 a more than a 260 fold increase. Of those videos, 65% were Category A, the most severe classification under UK law.

In the first half of 2026 the IWF assessed 6,310 AI-generated images that met the legal definition of child sexual abuse material already 40% more than the whole of 2025. Girls appear in 98% of the imagery.

The IWF has noted that tools such as LoRAs can produce realistic deepfakes of specific children from as few as 20 existing images in roughly 15 minutes. Everyday family photos and school website pictures are already being stolen and turned into abuse material.

Authorities Who Have Flagged the Coming Disaster

The Internet Watch Foundation and the National Crime Agency issued joint guidance warning parents that AI tools are becoming more powerful, more widely available and easier to use. NCA official Tim Wright stated that images shared online, even ordinary family photos, can be stolen and manipulated into sexualised content without a child or parent’s knowledge.

IWF chief executive Kerry Smith described the threat as disturbing, if someone’s imagery is online they can become easy pickings, and the harms are real and lasting.

Australia’s eSafety Commissioner Julie Inman Grant has warned that “nudify” apps are downloaded hundreds of thousands of times a month and are already being used to create sexual images of schoolchildren. Her office has taken enforcement action against multiple services, as reported by The West Australian.

UNICEF has documented that at least 1.2 million children disclosed having images manipulated into sexually explicit deepfakes in a single year across surveyed countries, and has stated that deepfake abuse is abuse.

The UK government has moved to ban nudification tools following IWF campaigning.

These are not speculative future risks. They are measured, accelerating harms that the commercialisation of AI sex twins for adult performers is helping to normalise and accelerate.

What Happens When the Technology Becomes Free for Anyone

Paid, contracted AI sex twins for adult creators demonstrate that high quality, interactive replicas are commercially viable. Once the underlying models, fine tuning methods and user interfaces are open or cheap, the same capability will be available to anyone with a laptop or phone.

A classmate’s social media photos, a child’s sports team picture, or a family snapshot posted by a relative will be sufficient input. The resulting material can be chat based, image based, or video based and can be shared or used for extortion in minutes.

Existing law already treats AI generated child sexual abuse material as illegal in the UK and many other jurisdictions, yet the volume continues to rise because generation is trivial and distribution is fast. Age verification and platform rules on adult sites do not constrain open source tools or private use. The commercial success of licensed adult AI twins simply proves the demand and the technical feasibility that will be copied without consent and without age limits.

What Parents Need To Do Now

Parents and schools should treat any public or semi public image of a child as potentially convertible into synthetic sexual content. Review privacy settings, limit who can see children’s photographs, and talk openly about deepfakes and image consent. Report concerns promptly to the police, CEOP or the IWF’s Report Remove service run with Childline and Hotline.ie in Ireland.

Platforms that host or promote interactive AI sexual replicas of real people must be required to implement robust safeguards against non consensual use and against any content that depicts or could be adapted to depict children. The technology will not stay inside paid adult platforms. It is already escaping.
